We are seeking an experienced and proactive <strong>General Manager<\/strong> to lead <strong>AMX<\/strong>, Al Mulla Group\u2019s electronics company. The General Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and after-sales targets, improving profitability, enhancing client satisfaction, and optimizing market penetration in Kuwait\u2019s B2B and B2C sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver exceptional solutions, expand market footprint, enhance client satisfaction, and boost profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer specialized OEM products, including Commercial Air Conditioning and Information Display solutions, for various client projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement strategic plans aligning with Al Mulla Group&#8217;s goals, identifying new growth and expansion opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and mentor a team, providing support and resources for professional development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet or exceed their expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to maximize profitability and ROI, identifying operational excellence opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes, especially in the retail sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with Al Mulla Group\u2019s policies and relevant regulations, including anti-bribery and corruption laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-skills-and-qualifications\"><strong>Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Executive training in business management preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 15 &#8211; 18 years in sales, marketing, and business management within consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC industries, with substantial experience at the managerial level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven record of effective management and leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, and strategy development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of sales, finance, and overall business operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and decision-making expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough knowledge of compliance regulations, particularly regarding anti-bribery and corruption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-job-benefits\"><strong>Job Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic and innovative electronics company in partnership with a global industry leader.
