We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our esteemed client in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will serve as the company’s first point of contact, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. This role involves managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative duties.

Preference: Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and warmly.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant person or department.
  • Oversee the front desk, ensuring it is presentable and well-stocked.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Monitor employee schedules and notify them of any changes.
  • Handle inquiries and provide company information to clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD 400.000 – KD 600.000 per month
